Reiki brings a sense of calm and relaxed state of mind which supports and helps the body to heal itself.
Reiki is a hands on healing method where energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner. The hands move over the clients body in a sequence of hand positions. The client is fully clothed. It is beneficial for all beings, babies, children, adults and animals. Reiki is suitable for everyone who wishes to learn it. It is not a religion or connected to any belief system.
Reiki is a beautiful add-on to any existing skill that you may use and have as it releases the creative flow of energy.
