What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained, non-medical support person who provides emotional,
physical, and informational help before, during, and after childbirth.
Birth Doulas focus is being present and a pillar of support antenatally and during your birth,
while Postpartum Doulas support families after birth,
your Doula's aim is to enhance and offer a support throughout your perinatal experience.

Welcome!
A BIG Welcome and thank you for finding me in a little pocket corner of UK called Sunbury (TW16). I am so excited to be in this wonderful birthing space. I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, 3 variations of natural births and 1 Caesarean Section all birthed at the hospital. I loved being pregnant and I blossomed. For me, becoming a mother was like I had found my superpower, and I was unstoppable and it set the tone for how I wanted the perinatal journey to be experienced by everyone.
I was in LOVE with the world and everyone in it.
Since then, from my personal experience it has been my mission to be able to hold the space for new Mothers, to support and reassure them that we don’t have to do this journey completely alone and it is OK to not know everything. You are learning a new skill; it is called Mothering.
I trained with Continuum Doulas, which has a big focus on post-natal care and with the increased strain of not enough resources in the NHS, it is evident that there is a real need for post-natal support and that’s where the benefit of taking on a Doula comes in.
Whether you are looking for antenatal support, reality has struck: you are pregnant - you need help with navigating the maternity system or want to go that wild natural as possible way and/or need postnatal support because it feels overwhelming exciting, omg so surreal we had a baby, I'm all in!
I am there to support you every step of the way, in whatever capacity you need me to be.
For Doula care I cover home births & Hospital support in
Sunbury, Shepperton, Feltham, Hampton , Walton, Richmond, Isleworth, Twickenham
West Middlesex Hospital - Isleworth, St Peter's Hospital - Chertsey, Kingston Hospital
If you can't find your town but you would like me to be your Doula, get in touch.
This list is not exclusive.
